Bring the thing you're stuck on — a design decision, a website problem, a pricing question, a plan for a market or an event — and work it out together. Office Hours works if you've got a running list of small decisions with no clear owner — the kind that pile up because none of them is big enough for a full project, but all of them are slowing you down. It's not a substitute for a design, branding, website, or copywriting project, and it doesn't include production work at this rate. If a session turns into a build, that gets scoped and priced separately, in writing, before it starts. ## What it's for Office Hours is time and attention, not a stack of finished deliverables. Past sessions have covered: - **Design feedback** on something you built or hired out. - **Brand and website decisions** you keep putting off. - **Technology or platform problems** that need untangling. - **Pricing and scoping** for a project you're not sure how to price. - **Market, pop-up, or event planning** when you need a second set of eyes. - **Whatever's actually next** for your business this month. ## How it works - Three hours per monthly billing cycle, split into sessions from 15 minutes up to an hour - Book through the scheduling link in your payment receipt - Sessions need at least 24 hours' notice to book, cancel, or move at no charge - Unused hours don't roll over — they reset with your billing cycle - Cancel any time: reply to your receipt, email hi@brandnamenerd.com, or cancel from the receipt directly. No cancellation fee, and it takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Amanda's a designer and creative business operator — not a lawyer, accountant, or licensed IT consultant.
