What even is the sponsorship? - Each sponsored placement includes your logo and linked website on the tool page you choose for 12 months. Multiple sponsors can appear on the same page, so this works as a transparent, community-supporting placement rather than an exclusivity play. Why does this fit for me? These tools are built for small business owners, makers, market vendors, freelancers, creative entrepreneurs, and community organizations. Sponsorship helps maintain and improve the tools while placing your organization beside practical resources your customers can actually use. Why sponsor? - Support free tools for small-business communities - Align your organization with practical education and accessibility - Choose a tool page that matches the customers you serve - Support an independent, New Orleans-based creative studio What do sponsors receive? - Logo placement - Linked website URL - Placement on the selected page for 12 months - Sponsor name or a short description, when supported by the layout - Confirmation of the live placement - A renewal reminder 30 days before expiration BNN may rotate sponsor order or use a shared sponsor area. Top placement is not promised unless it is separately defined in writing. Do you work with clients outside of Louisiana? Absolutely. We work remotely via email, video calls, and shared files, wherever you are. When does my sponsorship start? Your sponsorship starts on the date your placement goes live. Sponsors confirmed and submitted by the 27th are included in the next month’s update. For example, a sponsor confirmed between August 28 and September 27 would go live on October 1, and the sponsorship term would run through September 30 of the following year. What happens after I submit the form? We review your inquiry for fit, confirm the sponsor option, check the requested page or category, and follow up about logo files, link details, and next steps. Do I need to have my logo ready now? No. You can submit the inquiry first and send your logo later if you are still gathering assets. Can I update my link or logo during the 12-month term? Yes. Reasonable updates to your link or logo can be requested during the sponsorship period, especially if your branding or landing page changes. Can I sponsor a specific tool page even if I’m not sure of the exact URL? Yes. You can name the tool or category you want, and we can confirm the best-fit page before the placement goes live. What kinds of businesses are not a fit? Direct competitors to our design services, or businesses whose services or ethics conflict with the studio’s values, may be declined. Is payment required before the placement goes live? Yes. Sponsorship should be confirmed and paid before the logo and link are published. Payments are non-refundable once a sponsor is approved and scheduled, unless the sponsorship is declined as a bad fit or the placement is not run. Will my sponsorship appear sitewide? No. A one-tool sponsorship applies to one selected tool page, and All the Tools covers the 15 individual tool pages, not every page on the site. Can I renew? Yes.
