Tell us the job, get a number
What it is, what exists already, and when you need it. That is enough for a written scope.
No mystery, no “it depends” without the why. Here is how we get to a number.
Pricing fits your business at its stage, the scope of the job, and the capacity we have for it. We would rather help you build a solid foundation than sell you services you do not need yet. Every project starts with a discovery conversation or the intake form; once we understand goals, deliverables, timeline, platforms, and budget, you get a written proposal with a confirmed scope and price. A conversation or a ballpark is not a quote until that proposal is approved.
Most projects follow one path: brand first, then a site that wears it. Where you join depends on what you already have.
| Where you are | Package | Starting at |
|---|---|---|
| Starting from zero, need the identity | Brand identity — logo suite, palette, type, brand-use guidance, organized files | $750 |
| Starting from zero, need identity and a site | Brand + website — the brand kit plus up to four landing pages, contact form, domain/DNS setup, mobile-friendly layout, launch guidance | $1,250 (saves $150 vs. booking the two separately) |
| Already have a brand, need it online | Website foundations — simple landing pages, contact form, domain, DNS, email hookup, platform setup | $650 |
| Need one specific thing | Menus, print & collateral · Social graphics & copywriting · Custom art, illustration & portraits | Scoped per project, from $500 |
Brand + website does not include an online shop, complex custom development, advanced automation, or ongoing technical support; those are scoped separately. Licensing for custom art is set out in the proposal.
Standard tier: $500–$2,500. This is the range for solo and small businesses, independent artists, performers, authors, market vendors, eligible nonprofits and community organizations. $2,500 is the standard maximum per project for these clients.
Expanded scope tier: $2,501 and up, with a separate scope and capacity review. This is for larger or established organizations, multi-location businesses, online shops, expanded websites, multiple brands, extra stakeholders, heavy illustration or production, or multi-phase work. A project can land here because of its scope even when the client is small.
The final price is based on scope, deliverables, timeline, and capacity. It is not based on revenue alone.
Eligible nonprofits, 501(c)(3)s, mutual-aid projects, and community organizations can book Brand identity from $500 and Brand + website from $1,000. Community pricing is below what the work costs us. We do it because it is the point, not because the work is smaller; the scope, revision rounds, and timeline are still written into the proposal, and how much of it we can take on depends on capacity that season.
If you need a faster timeline, flag it during discovery. Rework, extra revision rounds, or late scope changes can add time and cost; we confirm that in writing before doing the work.
We provide branding, design, copywriting, website design and setup, domain and DNS help, print preparation, and practical guidance. When a project needs specialized legal, accounting, security, or platform expertise, we will say so and point you to the right professional. We do not guarantee revenue, traffic, followers, search placement, funding, or sales.
Our free pricing calculators — hourly rate, break-even, markup vs. margin — are the same ones we use to check our own numbers.
